Ed was very good at negotiating with potential buyers and found one then did a great job of purchase agreement management going back-and-forth until we had an agreeable purchase agreement. He also uses electronic document signing very efficiently to minimize a lot of actual paperwork. I would recommend Ed to anybody that’s looking to buy or sell a home.

We couldn't have been happier with the work that Ed Leaf did for us as a real estate agent. Throughout our time working with him, we felt confident in his abilities. He regularly stayed in touch and kept us updated on the market. First, I should state that we were not your typical new homebuyers. We were moving from out of state to Minneapolis with little knowledge of the area. We ended up using several of his suggestions for mortgage broker, roofer, flooring, etc and we were really happy with all of them.
